time trial on the track. rachel gave me splits/joined me for every other lap. it was too hot. i was aiming to run about 17:30. After about a mile, i was already exhausted. i don't know if it was the heat or fatigue or if i'm that out of shape. i managed to run through 2.5km on pace, and then fell off and ran a 90 second lap. after rachel called that split i quit, but she made me go back and finish it at whatever pace. so there was a 1:00 minute break after 3km. just tried to hit 90 seconds for the last laps, really struggling. last lap was 79 at least.
