i think rain early this morning kept the group small. started with only 6 and finished with 3. pace was steady but pretty relaxed. followed brian campbell's moves on nagog and strawberry hill, but he had me on both, despite being on his rain bike. strawberry hill was a fun sprint though. back cramped up after that, which was weird. felt pretty good otherwise.
