6x5 intervals on the TT bike. also, testing out a change in position. turned the base bar and extensions so they are angled up about 15 degrees. i think it felt a little more comfortable, it's a thing i need to think about.
power for intervals was:
1 - 332 (started a little too fast)
2 - 311 (better)
3 - 314 (through rotary)
4 - 308 (intersection + rotary + bumps slowed this a few watts)
5 - 311
6 - 316
Pretty happy with this, especially for my second time on the TT this year. Average power was 315; that's my best on any bike. Position feels much more comfortable when I'm working hard than it did last week.
