sidewalks aren't in good enough shape to do a workout, so decided to just make it a steady pace (6:30ish?) wherever they were clear. after about 3-4 miles, my right foot started to hurt. mostly just felt really tight, and i could feel it pulling on my calf. slowed down a bit and cut the run a little short. hopefully some massage will take care of it.
