recovery run with rachel. i love the weather. first few steps were just struggling to not fall down, but eventually picked it up to a solid 9:00 pace. I was certainly pretty wobbly on my feet though. took a few walk breaks.
this morning and tomorrow morning (the future!), i felt a little of the left foot PF that I had a couple weeks ago, textbook first-step type stuff. i need to be more diligent - ice, golf ball, and stretch a bit before walking on it.
