3 miles easy to meet kath and then joined her for her workout. it was 5x (2 min 6:10, 1:00 rest, 2 min 6:00, 30 sec rest, 2 min 5:40, 2:30 rest). i missed the first 4 minutes of the first rep. pace felt relaxed and easy. After that I added on 3x 2:00 at ~5:20. felt good.
