Notes
This run was a mess. Planned to do a tempo, but I quickly realized that would be not at all safe in the snow and dark. Made a (bad) game time decision to run on route 3 where there's no sidewalk or shoulder over to winchester road to do hills. Did 10x10" hill sprints. Then tried to do long hill repeats, but I immediately realized my legs weren't capable of that. Just ran home from there, trying to bound up uphills. The road I ran home on was dark and slippery; there were a few stumbles. Bad guts for the last few miles.
hip felt better though.
