11x400 with 1' rest, per coach rachel. rachel kept time, which was cool. goal was 77s. a little fast, something like 74, 75, 75, 74, 75, 75, 73, 73, 73, 71. then a surprise last rep, which was 78. felt just fine; i've never done this workout but i kind of tied up a bit and my form started to fall apart at the end.
