I thought this was going to be a recovery run, since I was too sore to walk from ultimate. Running felt way better than walking though, and once I got going I felt good. Gradually picked up the pace in a progression of sorts, concentrating on good footstrike/pawback for the second half. Kept it not too fast (i'm guessing 6:20ish at the end), but fast enough to work on form. Really good run.
