Course was about 15 seconds short. Again, legs were just heavy and i couldn't open up my stride. Came out of transition with a college kid, tried to stay with him at first but he was running 5:20 and my legs just couldn't do it. After the hill coming out of the park, my first mile ended up being 6:12. Mile 2 was 6:00, mile 3 was 5:31 (slightly downhill). I think i need to do a few harder brick workouts to get my legs ready for a sprint effort.
Ended up 9th overall, 2:41 back. A decent swim would have won this, despite the bad bike and run.
