Ended up being 1600, 1:00 rest, 3200, 1:15 rest, 1600, 1:00 rest, 2400, :45 rest, 800. All at a 5:45 pace. Pace felt comfortable but calves felt in the later miles. Guts went bad during mile 6 so I had to take split it up and couldn't do mile 7. With Joe, Chris, Jon, Robert, Rory.
