not too good of a run with rachel. i didn't eat well after my lunch run and shortly into this, felt lightheaded and dizzy. This has happened to me a few times, I think it's typically when I don't eat quite enough, and then eat some candy about an hour or two before running. It results in some kind of crash that hits me pretty hard as soon as I try anything physically demanding. So I need to stop doing that. As a result, this run was short, slow, and had some walking breaks. In addition, I didn't have enough water today, and my legs were actually cramping, embarrassingly.
