temperature cooled off a bunch for this workout, which was great. tried to do lou ristano, but screwed up pretty bad. it was supposed to be 3 miles progressing from 6:44 to 6:20, but i couldn't keep track of how many seconds i was supposed to drop each lap. ended up running 3 miles in 17:55. Then tried to run 800 at MP, hit 6:30, that's fine.
