beautiful morning. easy run to meagherville with rachel, pretty slow with more technical trails that were well covered with leaves. on the way back i noticed pain in the insertion at the top of my left calf, not sure what caused it. it got more sore after stretching and massaging it later. i'm not sure if it's just tight, but it feels like a bruise.
