track with thomas bok and jeff. jeff wasn't feeling great, so he was hopping in and out. i didn't have a watch, so i was mostly following. pace was a little inconsistent, but in the end the total splits were good and i felt fine. i was surprised that i had a really good sense of this pace even after some time off.
