first time on the track in quite a while. not looking to do too much, just get used to a little speed without getting too tired for saturday's race. just tried to jump in with people wherever i could, so ran some with keefe, some with joe/chris, and only had to do one lap alone. this felt surprisingly comfortable considering my current shape. it's not like i could have done 6 miles at this pace, but i was never in any kind of trouble during the couple i did.
got there late so just jumped in with no warmup (brick!) and then only had time for a mile cooldown.
