tiny-sized brick, ran 1/2 mile or so at race pace (5:50ish, i'm guessing), then easy + drills and strides for the rest.
spent today outside and then after this went over to help joe work on his house until midnight, so ended up fairly tired and dehydrated by the end of the day, not great for this weekend's race.
