down to grutchalp easy on dirt road, then medium on trails through marchegg, and then hard on the dirt trails coming back up to murren. ~about 2 minutes faster on the way back up, not sure on pace though. felt like a 5:40 effort coming back up, but i was pretty winded from elevation so it was probably much slower.
