canoe through umbagog lake to the androscoggin river and down to campsite. it was probably about 16 miles. i was in a canoe with keefe, and i'm sure our canoe was much slower than the others. it was pretty hard work, not what i'm used to. arms were good and sore. some class 2-3 whitewater in there. fun.
