hill/fartlek workout. 2x out and back on russell street, which is two small hills on the way out and two big hills on the way back. hard over the hills and concentrating on knee drive with a bit of a boundy stride. added another minute hard on the flat section on the way home to loosen up the legs. felt pretty good.
