decided to finally joint the group for a long run from robert's house. ~12 or so of us today. they were doing 19, i planned to cut a section of the course in the middle and do hill repeats while i waited for them. i pushed up all the hills and tried to recover in between. left the group and did 8 repeats of follen road hill (~.30 miles). tough hill. the group never came down the hill like they were supposed to, but eventually karen did, and i followed her back to robert's house at 7:20ish pace.
Ended up being a few miles longer than i had hoped. Probably not the best type of run for me, but i feel okay, so no harm no foul i guess.
