Notes

a little better than my last run on the treadmill, but still not great. 6 x .5 mile, starting with 3:00 and then working down from 2:45 to 2:33. recovered with a quarter mile walk/jog. stopped a little short on the 5th one and took a longer recovery before the 6th.
