rainy and windy. 2 miles warmup, then 4x3:00 hard with 2:00 rest. Actually wore a watch for once. Pace wasn't what I was hoping for, and legs felt pretty sluggish. Maybe tired from hills sunday. Anything faster than about 5:40 didn't feel smooth, it felt like I had to sprint to hit that pace. paces, from my memory, were: 5:34, 5:24, 5:19, 5:25. Or something like that.
