10 x 200 with 200 jog rest in between, then 3 x 400 with 400 jog/walk in between, then an 800. Did the first 5 200s with the group, then basically on my own. Legs felt much better with a solid warmup, although by the time I hit the 400s, they were pretty much already done. The 800 at the end was supposed to be a threshold mile that I bailed on because my knee was hurting a bit (and also I was tired...).
200s were approximately 32-32-32-32-32-29-29-29-29-29
400s were 71, 65, 69 (i was finished on the third one).
