Hill repeats with jon, sean, chris, robert. 1/2 hill, 3 full hills, 2 min rest, 1/2 hill, 3 full hills. Halfs were 57 and fulls were between 1:44 and 1:47. Felt flat, but I can always do a hill workout. Tried to work on form and forward lean.
