did 600s with 200 rest at 5k pace. goal was 2:00s, however, the backside of the track was covered with 3 inches of snow. The snow took 7-8 seconds off my time for the back 200, so all of these intervals should actually be 7-8 seconds faster then the times here. My pace was pretty consistent on the non snowy part of the track anyway. The track is under construction, so lane 1 had a bunch of cinderblocks in it.
this felt pretty easy. i wasn't feeling particularly good today, but had no trouble. I could have done a few more reps if I kept it at 2:05ish.
