hot. zippy ride home- tried to keep the pace up the whole way, with hard efforts on 117 hill, baker bridge, and strawberry hill. call it "recovery practice." couldn't do a real tempo, as it was mid rush hour so there was a lot of stopping. also stopped at farm to pick up vegetables. hot.
