The one-legged pedaling drills from yesterday did a bigger number on my legs than I thought, and combined with a half liter of Baltika 6 I drank last night, I was really not in the mood to go out and run. Nevertheless, got out of the house and ran around the lake and the Lopiano Habitat for a bit. Once I got started my legs felt surprisingly good, and I managed to run the whole length without stopping to walk at all. I feel better now.
