Decided to race yesterday and registered. Ate two bowls of pasta and a tofutti cutie last night, a bowl of shredded wheat and soy milk this morning. About a mile in started getting progressively worse ovulation cramps - bleh! Tried to push through it. At the two mile mark my time was 19:30 - I was going way faster than my normal pace. Realized I should probably do more long runs as I sorta crashed after that. At the end I had to wait an extra fifteen seconds or so to step on the timing mat.
