Nice speed workout with the running club folks. Goal was 1mi @ 8:38/mi, 2mi @ 9:10/mi, 2x800m @ 8:25/mi

Didn't have the workout setup on my watch so I'm not too sure how well I met my paces, but it felt like a good workout
