I was sick the past few days, and bitched out of running... So I tried to make today count
I ran an out and back 6.5 mile loop, then extended it to cool down at the end... ave. low 6:40s out into the wind, then turned around and brought it home with some: 6:21,6:22,6:12,6:15, 3:01(half mile), 9:40 (b/c of water I moved back out onto the outer lakefront path so i lost the mile markers for a bit, probably a hair over 1.5 miles), 3:04(half mile), then cooled down the last half mile back home
Best long run in probably 3-4 years, but I still need to get back to a reasonable race weight...
