Ran with Mike and Nate today. Mike dropped after 6 miles, I was not about to let him rejoin our group either, bc he was slowing us down. Dropped Nate at 9.95, kicked into the field house real nice. This was day two of project road whore. So far 20 miles in two days, the best I have done in months. and actually 32 miles in three days counting sunday. hopefully this will be my frist 70 mile week since early December...
