took about 3 to 3:20 for the rest, best workout I have had in about 2 years. I ran alone and clipped off 80s then kicked in a little on the last lap of each mile... the 4th was rough dropped an 85 3rd lap, closed it in a 79 which got me to a 5:24. I ran a fifth mile with Morgan in 7:10ish it was her last one, she was around 6:45-6:50 for the others. good work outs at the harper track
just trying to learn how to keep a solid pace alone, I am pretty good at it though. Maybe next week I will work out with a group and see how hard I can push things
