ran some miles tonight... feeling pretty fit, I think I might extend an invite for Derrick to come out and face me at Bode lake tomorrow... I figured I would take a shot at dropping this 17 teen year old kid, since everyone else on the team has... I am sure he heard about my nasty work out last week on letsrun, so I doubt he would even want to run with me...
