Epic run, I can not even begin to describe the forces that were at work against Coach K and myself on this run (but I will try). Wind gusts up to like 80mph. Tempature changes, some times it felt like it was around 90, other times there was a cold ran making it feel like 33. Not to mention our great fatigue, me hitting 70 miles for the first time in about 6 months and the coach running a race two days before. Now, I am not one to use conversions, but I would have to say that those factors, in my mind, would take off roughly, one minute and ten seconds from our time. Not that I keep track or anything, but I guess that would make it the fastest effort ever for that loop.
