Hill repeats at Twin Rocks. Ran 0.9 miles up to the top, then 6 hill repeats. then ran back down, garmin battery was dead so I had to gestimate the mileage, but I was out there for at least 1 hr 10 minutes. Such a good workout! kicked my butt, but I felt so strong afterward. Bella did well and she was even pooped at the end!
