Notes

First run with the new Forerunner 301.

Kept heart rate in Zone 3 (70-80% max) but zones will probably take a while to calibrate. One interval pushed heart rate to 175. My calculated max (185) is probably too low.

Confirmed that my longer runs should be around 9:30 miles to keep my heart rate in a good zone.
