Unbelievably great run after feeling so lousy earlier in the week. Cold but still running in shorts. Went out fairly easy and allowed my HR to rise just a bit into miles 4 and 5. Very nice run under 9 minute pace (very rare). Splits:
9:13, 135bpm
9:28, 145bpm
8:35, 145bpm
8:36, 150bpm
8:42, 149bpm
8:57, 148bpm (pace for last bit)
