Third run over 10 miles in the last 3 weeks. This one pushing it over the HM mark. Didn't stick exactly to my 70% limit but did keep it steady throughout. Hills on Prince William County Parkway seemed longer and steeper today. Did 3 cliff blocks and a Goo around mile 8. Seemed to give me a lift around mile 10. Splits:
