Great cool conditions. Felt REALLY strong today. Huge difference with the lower temps. Faster splits with a very manageable heart rate. Splits:
8:53, 129bpm
9:27, 145bpm (uphill)
9:13, 144bpm
8:33, 144bpm (downhill)
8:41, 149bpm (mostly uphill)
Could have been a bit more disciplined about my HR but it just felt SO good today to run faster.
