Real nice workout today. Did 6 x 3 min on, 1 off... followed by 6 x 60 sec on, 30 sec off. If you check the intervals you can see what the heart rate got up to, but real happy with the 180 heart rate on the 60 second reps. Love how even though I am not running workouts with the team, everyone still comes up to me and gets me hyped during the workout, really helps me mentally get through these painful xt workouts.
