Ran as a progression tempo run. 5:58 (149, 160), 5:57 (153, 158), 5:34 (165, 170), 5:32 (168, 171), 5:24 (174, 182). Legs felt pretty tired at the beginning, but felt better as I started to surge in the 3rd mile. Glad I didn't try to race it though because it would not have gone well.
