Notes
This was really a great post race run. Even though my overall average pace was not much different than Saturday, the run feel smooth and easy. I ran it all at a low effort pace - which sometimes was gifted to me in the low 10's. Feet feeling better. Took advantage of the holiday to get in a few extra miles, and possibly bank sleep for later in the week.
