Met Katie after mile 7. Kept the pace a little easier today and wore the inserts with more arch support, so as a result my PF was MUCH better today. (Struggled with it during and after yesterday's run - stretched a lot all day, and by bed time it was better and stayed better for run today). Sock ordered. Great easy smooth run today. Got to bed early enough that I woke up early so got in 20 easy peasy on a weekday.
