Notes

Had planned to run 10 today - but didn't want to get up and decided there was no harm in taking another zero after 202 last weekend. I've traditionally always put in high mileage right away after even long efforts and while that is do-able, I end up exhausted for 6 weeks.

I'm a little concerned that it has become too easy to just say "I'm not going to run today" and set my alarm to 6 - so I want to be vigilant next week and get back to daily training. That being said - it's kind of cool that I"m not super tired, and that my body felt strong and good after sleeping in today. I had a good morning drinking coffee and knitting, and I COULD have run if I wanted to. I'm just thinking of this whole week as recovery.
