Notes

This was a much better run. Slower than the last 2, but mechanically everything felt better. Felt ENORMOUS improvement on "tape day 2". No foot pain at all during run. Things felt more "even" and less labored. Not planning on doing any major hills or intensity this week as I'm recovering from 12 hour, as that was really 12 hours at a higher intensity pace and I'm counting it as my intensity workout for the week. Or maybe 2! I have a bit of time now before Spartathalon so I want to focus on first full recovery and then final speed/hill buildup.
