This was "officially" the 1st run of the week. I'm going to pass on last wks 13 miler...because I don't want to end up with a 13m run, then 2 or 3 5's for this week, followed by a 21 miler next Mon...that would be either 44 or 49 miles between Wed and Mon, which is too much for me right now, especially since I'm tired. Since the long run last wk was only 13 I'll get in all the other short runs - maybe extending tomorrows from 5 to 8 or even longer - and get back with the 21m run next Mon.
