Liam born on Sunday night. Due to 53 hour labor I didn't do either the 5 mile run on Sat or 20 mile run on Sunday. Did 8 miles today as my plan called for. Will do the 20 mile run this weekend in place of the 16 miler, then possibly the 16 miler the following week.
