Did hill repeats (800mx3) climbing up to Haneul Park at steady pace, and recovered during the downhill. Also an unplanned progression run at the end. Unexpectedly good workout!

Felt like calling it a day after the second hill (sooo humid!), but saw a few other runners and cyclists also using the hill for workout which gave me motivation to do the third one after taking a quick water break.

The remainder of the run (from 10k onward) was supposed to be CD at an easy pace, but noticed one runner picking up pace immediately after I passed him. I had no intention of duking it out but though hmmmm, interesting... and kept him in my sight using him as a mental magnet.

Legs were moving well and the pace felt good so stayed on his heel. He eventually veered off to a side path, but decided to keep up with the slightly-fast for CD pace.

It's been a while since 5:15 and under felt smooth. Was happy that I was in control of the pace and not the other way around.
