What a difference low humidity makes! Today's run felt 10 times better. Beautiful sunset turning the skyline in different shades of pink, orange and purple.
The air was clear and the cool breeze at the top of Haneul Park and along the river was such a great. Best time of the year to run!
The long climb was a bit of a grind but the downhill section was fun. Got into a rhythm and was able to keep a steady consistent pace till CD.
